Can I return my product?
We will gladly offer you a refund if your purchase was made within 15 days from
date of shipment. Returns are subject to: non-refundable shipping charges to and
from, and a 15% re-stocking fee, and insurance/phone charges are not refundable.
All claims of shortages and/or damages must be made within 48 hours of
customers' receipt.
What if my product is defective?
Pro Security Access wants you to be a happy customer. In the event your
product is shipped defective, it will be replaced (if product is still
available), or credited at the sole discretion of Pro Security Access.
Shipping charges for a replaced unit will be at the expense of Pro
Security Access. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pro Security Access offers UPS "Return Services" and will charge customer the
"Return Services" charges.
Is my product defective?
Often times a piece of equipment is working properly although the end user may
be anticipating different results. Do not hesitate to contact one of our
customer service specialists first by posting a question in our Help Desk or via
email to determine whether the item is indeed defective before sending it back.
If it has been determined that the equipment is indeed defective, we will work
quickly to replace it.
What do I need before I can return my purchase?
Before you ship an item back to us, please be sure it is accompanied by
a Return Authorization number (RA). All returned merchandise
must have a RA number. Returns without
an RA number will not be accepted! RAs must be used within 7 days
of receipt or will become non-valid.
How do I get a Return Authorization number?
To receive a RA, send an e-mail to our customer service department with
the following information: your original order number, part number and
description of the item you wish to return, the reason for return, your full
name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address.
Who will send me my Return Authorization number?
A RA number will be issued by Pro Security Access and be sent to you via
e-mail or a support representative will contact you. Once you have received your
RA number, repackage the product in its original shipping materials and address
the package following the instructions provided with your RA. Be sure to note
your RA number on the shipping label or the package will be refused and returned
to you. You are responsible for properly insuring the package - we cannot be
held responsible for items lost or damaged in route to us.
Who do I ship my product back to?
In most cases, all returns should come to Pro Security Access.
DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO THE MANUFACTURER! If
the item needs to be shipped somewhere other than Pro Security Access, our sales
staff will inform you.
How do I ship my product back?
Retain all original packing materials in the event that return of
merchandise is necessary. Returned products must include a Return Authorization
number, be received in its original packaging and in original condition or a
minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Please Write Your RA number on the shipping label provided with your order.
Do Not Write On The Box!.
What should be shipped back?
Be certain that the returned item, its accessories and documents are included in
their original packing. This includes all warranty cards, manuals, etc. If
any items are missing, warranty card is written on, or if the package is damaged
in any way you will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or we reserve
the right to not accept an item for return if it is in un-sellable condition
when received.
